When I arrived was completely ignored by two staff at reception desk while they sold another client some cream. I waited nearly 15 mins then person doing the threading came out and she apologized for the delay. I was not happy with the treatment. It was extremely hurried and not a good result. The booking said 20 mins but I was in the chair 8 mins. My last visit was with someone better but she has left.

As usual, top marks for Le Crisadore and for Kay and her team. The facial was very good and I could really see the difference in my nose (blackheads) after the session. Very likely to book another one soon but probably a Luxury or another facial that includes a head massage (love them!) :)
