It was my second time here and my first time with Cara and she was brilliant. She gave me a superb wax, I think it was one of the least painful waxes I’ve had in the last ten years. But her customer service was also brilliant-it was easy to feel comfortable with her, easy to chat to without it being too much or too little, she told me what she was doing at each stage which I appreciate. I definitely recommend Cara. The only thing that could be better is the room I was treated in on both my visits could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up- it’s not dirty but looks a bit shabby and you might think it was dirty at first glance because of that. That’s the only criticism and it won’t stop me going back, everything else was fantastic.

Treatments never feel rushed and particularly with the pedicures, I always get the sense the therapists want to do the best, even if it means taking a bit longer.
