This was my first wax, I was welcomed as I entered through the doors. The lady who did my wax sooo friendly, and gentle. She completely made me feel comfortable, with her great conversation it felt like it was done quickly & hardly noticed the Pain. Will definitely be going again soon, was so happy with the end result.
