Although I arrived on time for my appointment, I was kept waiting for about 30 minutes before being seen. However that was the only downside. The staff worked quickly without feeling rushed to ensure I was still able to get out in time. Was feeling apprehensive after a terrible experience at a different salon but the Hollywood was quick and virtually painless with all hair removed. Wont be going anywhere else in future, it's worth the wait!
