Had to wait for my treatments, despite it being a school day, no apologies, nothing at all, when asked if I wanted anything to drink just got pointed to the direction of a lonely water cooler.
The eyebrow dye wash off on the next day, despite me pointing it out couple of times to the therapist that it has to stay longer.
Also had a gel manicure treatment, the LED lamp looked greasy and generally unclean. The cuticles weren’t cut off properly and I ended up finishing off the cuticles myself at home. Moreover, the gel started lifting after two days, and I’ve previously had gel polish removed after weeks still solid, just because my nails grew out. Not something I would expect for not the cheapest treatment out there.
Not sure if there are other treatments worth coming back to the salon, but definitely would not come back for the above I’ve had myself. Would not recommend.
