I was a bit hesitant as Bishnu who normally does my wax wasn’t in, but Mehnaz was amazing. My wax was as painless as possible, every single hair is gone. Mehnaz asked me to check myself at every stage to ensure I was happy and she hadn’t missed anything, and made me feel so so at ease chatting away the whole time. Such a lovely person.
