Therapist was very nice and friendly however she pulled the wax in any direction and the wax kept breaking so she was harshly ripping clumps of wax off at a time. Which was extremely painful. I had already had a wax a month prior with no complications so it shouldn't have been so painful. Also now a few days after waxing my intimate area is still very sensitive and looks like a plucked chicken which isn't my usual experience with waxing. The area is also alot darker now for some reason.
