The manicure was amazing, Cleo did a great job and always makes you feel comfortable. The Indian head massage was below average, especially compared to the other great ones I have had at the salon with other people. The room was super cold also, would recommend offering people blankets (as done previously) rather than just a towel.

Regular customer for 2 years and I always left 5 stars. However, I am very disappointed in this instance. I booked for a Brazilian strip wax (email confirmation prove it), however, when I arrive the beautician performed the hot wax and made me pay more. I found very dodgy that they always accepted advanced payment but on this occasion was only possible to pay at the salon. On treatwell is recorded that I made cancellation of the treatments but the only treatment I cancelled was the eyebrows.
