Really satisfied with the quality of the service and haircut! Thierry was easy-going, very easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. The only downside is that I had a bit of a problem trying to locate the salon. The Basement shares the same building as another salon called Huckers, and there wasn't any sign outside that indicated this. I had to ask someone from another salon nearby where the Basement was. Aside from that, satisfied with my experience in the Basement and would come back again!
