Le Chapeau Cloche is such a lovely salon - the team are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Florentin is extremely talented. This is the second hand-painted balayage with cut and style that I have had done by Flo and the results are stunning. Flo has also given me fantastic advice on looking after my hair - helping me take it from dry and damaged to strong and shiny. The best hairdresser I have ever had (and a delight to talk to)!

What a special find! Went there on a recommendation after another salon cancelled my children's haircut twice. I have never felt so well looked after in a salon before, such a friendly and down-to-earth 'accueil' from the mainly French team. The venue looks wonderful, it's a treat to be there. And the haircuts were done with a level of attention and care that was outstanding. I will definitely be going back, for my children but also for me!

Wasn’t really the haircut I wanted despite having discussed with them. Left feeling abit disappointed. Great staff and I think on another day it would be ok, but this time around I wasn’t very pleased.
