Florentin has been an absolute gem. He immediately got what I was looking for, advised the best shade for my balayage and the best treatment. The balayage he created on my hair is truly incredible, so natural and the shades are so beautiful. I couldn't recommend enough Florentin, a true talented artist, extremely caring and lovely person!
