great massage - Elizabeth dug in where needed and eased off when it was too sore. asked lots of questions background questions before starting to make sure the massage was as targeted to problem spots as possible

Fantastic Deep Tissue Massage with Liz - she asked a few questions before we got started so she could focus on the right areas, and then got to work! The massage was great, and she gave me some things to think about for reducing tension headaches and strengthening the muscles she'd worked on.
