I had a great experience seeing Mitchell for the first time. He was very experienced with my type of hip issue and helped identify possible flare up triggers, and have some rehab exercises specific to my issue. Mostly I appreciated that he understood my background in strength training and how that could fit in around my injury. Great and friendly physio
