Good recommendation for stretches to aid recovery

Aside from my appointment starting slightly late, everything was great.

The massage itself was what I needed. The issues were around access in that the gym was empty and had to wait outside till my appointment. In terms of atmosphere the issue was again around the gym. 2 guys came in part way through and you could hear every word when they were in the gym which was distracting
