Lucie was so lovely and accommodating, even though I was super late for my appointment! She still made time to ask me what I wanted, managed my expectations based on face shape. I've never had such a thorough consult before. She also gave some eyebrow care advice, was so clean, lovely and friendly throughout the appointment! The shape was also perfect and neat. Never had them done this well before. I've found my forever eyebrow lady!
