The hair wash felt aggressive, I asked for her to be careful around my piercings and still could feel them being hit. The rough dry wasn’t the best. My scalp was burning after. I didn’t realise I re-booked on short notice to a day and time when she was fully booked, even then I felt I could have received a better service. Also, I booked an olaplex add on treatment in error, not seeing an option for just the olaplex treatment on their website. Website needs to be clearer.
