I booked my appointment at 4.15pm then I called to confirm my appointment then lady said she has to change mind to 5. PM because was double booked, even I couldn'tdo it I said was fine. I asked her not to cut too short and no layers at the back because Ihave very Carley hair and fizzy I'm not happy with her service.
