She was lovely and accommodating, tried to make atmosphere calming but it was loud in salon and people kept interrupting session (not her fault)! The lift didn't work wellfor me; my lashes are fine and blonde so I was a bit disappointed with result.

I have afro carribean hair, Anna was lovely, she gave me advice about and products to use to to stop frizz. My wash and blow dry was very good loved that she massaged my hair during wash felt great. The blow dry amazing and sliky straight.
