There was a confusion over whether I had paid. I showed the therapist both the receipt& my bank account statement but she still didn’t believe it as it wasn’t showing on her side. She wanted me to contact Treatwell! After wasting 20 mins, they then realised it’s because it was booked with 2 different therapists?? Her phone rang 3 times during the massage, she even arranged another massage during! Massage itself was fine but NOT relaxing at all! Thank god for the head massage which was amazing!
