Pro:
-My nails look almost perfect
- lady used a base, 3 coats and a top coat
- she cut them the exact length I wanted
- upon realising a mistake ( the extension wasn't smooth on my nail) , she has enough respect for me and her skills that she removed the nail and redid it
Cons
- cuticals weren't cut
-language barrier between me and my nail tech, lead me to be uncomfortable asking her to fix things (the angle on my ballerina nail) = I sat in silence as she was chatting to a co-worker.

The staff were nice, I appreciated they didn't charge me for removing the old gel polish but felt the service was a bit rushed

The new refbishment looks great and this made me feel special before my treatment started .
I knew my roots needed colour so Ren and I discussed what would be best for my hair and make it look lovely at the same time.
The results were amazing again.
