I have visited this salon many times with no problems except my most recent visit. I was seen to 10 minutes late, my hair was pulled extremely hard many times during the hair wash and the cut despite me yelping in pain and I was left with wet hair with no apologies while she answered the phone. In the future I'll only get my hair cut by Ren or Geidre as they are amazing and friendly.
