Very good service only criticism was the nail shape wasn't exactly what I had asked for and they forgot the gems I asked for but they quickly rectified and were very kind and welcoming. My nails were for my wedding day so I was very particular about them but overall they did a very good job

Ren went through each stage of my Japanese straightening with a great deal of care and professionalism. At every stage she kept me informed as to what she was doing, how long the products needed to remain on my hair, as well as, checking the development of my hair through the various processes.
The result was fantastic. Also Ren gave me advise on how, I needed to look after my new.
I am very pleased indeed and look forward to my next appointment in a very warm friendly environment.
