The process felt very rushed, there was a lack of attention to detail and I was left with nails of different shapes and days later my gel polish is peeling which is quite unusual. They offered to correct it, but I didn't have time to go back into the salon. A friend has had a good experience at the salon and their nails look great. Unfortunately for me I have been here on a couple of occasions and it's been a bit disappointing

I think the technician was in a bad mood and my questions were interpreted as complaints. I am not sure if this is due to language barriers which may have meant that we have misunderstood esch other. I wanted nail art, but because I didn't book it on the app I wasn't allowed to pay extra for this service. The nails were OK but not what I wanted. Some flexibility would have been appreciated.
