I think the technician was in a bad mood and my questions were interpreted as complaints. I am not sure if this is due to language barriers which may have meant that we have misunderstood esch other. I wanted nail art, but because I didn't book it on the app I wasn't allowed to pay extra for this service. The nails were OK but not what I wanted. Some flexibility would have been appreciated.
The place was difficult to find as was completely covered in scaffold. I booked with them as I was looking for a specific time after school pick up. They called me a couple of hours before to make the appointment 30 mins later which wasn’t ideal. But I agreed as had paid already etc. We turned up 5 mins late (as was difficult to find) and they weren’t ready for us and we had to wait a further 10 mins. It was quite late by the time we left and I had my 4 year old with me. I wouldn’t return tbh.
