My nails were done by two different young men, who were alternating for whatever reason. I had booked a soak off for my previous gel nails but was told that it was too thick to soak off (which I have done myself before). The older man started using a nail drill to remove the gel while the younger one did my toes. The older one drilled WAY too much into my nail causing pain in my little finger nail and all the other nails being ridiculously thin and brittle. I naturally have quite thick nails so when the younger one came to do the other hand of course I was wary and wanted to check he was not making the same mistake. I checked one nail and said “yes you can do this one a bit more” - this resulted in him giving me attitude saying “yeah! I know” - he then started talking to the other guy in their language and the other guy remained silent as if he knew the other guy said something rude but didn’t want to make it obvious. There was also one girl in there who said she was a regular who was also complaining about the service. I will never come here again and I do not recommend.

Hardly any pain except the normal general pain from a wax as expected but she had done the whole process very quickly and before I knew it, it was all done! Very pleased...defo will be booking again.

If a wax can ever be described as relaxing then this was exactly what it was! Such a calm and supportive environment and barely any pain. Will absolutely be back
