This was actually one of the most disappointing experiences I've had before. The pedicure itself was average, but it took longer than usual to complete. I also booked manicure after pedicure: I might be wrong, but it looks like the specialist was a trainee, so I had to confirm if I'm happy with the shape of every nail and there were several corrections we had to make as we went shaping. At some point I could feel that the treatment was coming to an end, however my cuticles were not cut by that time, so I asked to cut them - the specialist swapped with a colleague, more experienced I believe. Still cuticles were cut in quite untidy way - I usually cut them myself better.
So I ended up being quite upset and 1.5 hour late for a meeting I supposed to had after the manicure-pedicure. I was very pleased however with the understanding of the manager of the salon: I suggested to pay half of the price of the manicure as I felt the job was not done properly and she agreed in a very polite and respectful way. And all the staff nevertheless was very attentive and warm.

I had an amazing experience my skin has started improving pigmentation has started to reduce I have benefited a lot lovely relaxing facial and massage will be visiting time to time again overall 10 out of 10 fantastic salon!!!
The staff were friendly enough but I thought the service and quality was extremely poor. I'd booked in for an hour slot and in totality, I was there for 40 minutes. I was greeted at reception and offered a drink. When I went to get my hair washed the attendance was more interested in my background than washing my hair - I mentioned it was pretty clean and she washed it once and then conditioned - but I didn't have this on my hair for more than a minute! The hairdresser clearly had an idea of what she wanted to do and I had my own. The haircut was poor (she asked me if I was a hairdresser) - I believe the hairdresser doesn't have an understanding of different types of hair. Even worse at the point of drying my hair - she pull and tugged at it (didn't us any serum or product to protect my hair - I had to ask for some at the end) and didn't use the correct brushes or tools. I didn't get the finished I'd ask for. I sorry to say - saving a few pounds - really isn't worth it. Certainly at this venue. The end result wasn't worth it - my hair was too dry and brittle. Enter at own risk.....

I live in Birmingham and visit my sister in law in London, I always treat my self to a facial at layla's beauty hub I highly recommend the facials here my skin feels lovely and fresh I also had my daughter's facial she also thoroughly enjoyed it, I have been to many top hotels and spa's but honestly speaking no one does an amazing facial like this salon, I always look forward to visiting this salon when I am down in London wish you could open a branch in Birmingham!!!!!!! keep up the amazing work and PS thanks for the extra foot massage that went down a treat also with my facial
It was ok, the lady did everything so quickly 2 mins for steam and 5 mins face massage no neck or shoulders. And mask only 2 mins not even dried and she took it off. Very unprofessional I must say!
