I live in Birmingham and visit my sister in law in London, I always treat my self to a facial at layla's beauty hub I highly recommend the facials here my skin feels lovely and fresh I also had my daughter's facial she also thoroughly enjoyed it, I have been to many top hotels and spa's but honestly speaking no one does an amazing facial like this salon, I always look forward to visiting this salon when I am down in London wish you could open a branch in Birmingham!!!!!!! keep up the amazing work and PS thanks for the extra foot massage that went down a treat also with my facial
It was ok, the lady did everything so quickly 2 mins for steam and 5 mins face massage no neck or shoulders. And mask only 2 mins not even dried and she took it off. Very unprofessional I must say!

Upon entering the salon I received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The therapist was polite and so was my therapist. After my treatment was finished I decided to get a manicure and pedicure which was incredible. This salon is quite far from where I live but I think I'll be going back and wouldn't mind the travel knowing full well I'll be treated well.

I initially went in to get my threading done but I ended up getting a facial and massage too. The staff were really kind and made me feel comfortable. I love the soothing music that was playing in the salon, it really relaxed me. I'll be visiting this place a lot more now. Ciao

I love love love this salon, I've been to many salons and they always seem to mess something up. For instance one salon ruined my eyebrows, another ruined my hair and one burnt me with hot wax. Thank the lord for the friendly staff and the treatments have been spot on. This is by far my best find of the year. It's my mums birthday next week so we're both visiting Layla's for the day, cannot wait. If all goes I'll write another review.
P.S. Thank you very much for being polite and genuine, my mums going to love our pamper day next weekend.
