The salon was really tiny and according to my standards was unclean. There was no method to the beauticians waxing and she was just trying anything & everything. When i got home I realise she had missed chunks and I was going on holiday the next day. Unhappy.
THANK U for looking after my sister and me we had a great time we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves really truly our facials and massage were relaxing and I also had a lovely wash cut and blow dry very happy with your services I will always be a regular client
I was a little aprehensive about getting HD brows but the staff knew what they were doing and the treatment was quite fast. I would say that place is best for people with darker brows as the dyes they use are quite dark but this was ok for me. The value for money was very good and I would probably go back again.
DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. This was the worst hairdressing experience I ever had. I arrived and was told "he will be cutting your hair" pointing to a nervous looking man. He appeared very anxious, breathing loudly and had shaky hands. He was about to start cutting my dry hair when I pointed out that I had paid for a wash, cut and blow-dry. The female who greeted me had to tell him how to cut my hair, I got the impression his English was poor and/or there were other issues. Even after it was explained to him he said "just a trim?" When he was about to add a huge extra chunk to my fringe, I asked for his female colleague. I asked her if he was qualified which I seriously doubt. She then trimmed my fringe but frankly she also seemed clueless. She asked if I would let the man do the blow-dry stating that he was so good at it that people ask for him. Well, all I can say is LOL. The worst blow-dry I have ever had. He didn't even section it and the result wasn't much different to what I could do myself (and I can't blow-dry). By this time I had reached a point where I just wanted to leave. Then I noticed a chunk of my fringe that hadn't even been cut. The hairdresser attempted to give the impression that she knew what she was talking about and tried to blame the result on my hair. I had asked for it to be thinned which they hadn't bothered to do but frankly I didn't want them touching my hair again. Oh and I forgot to mention they didn't have any running hot water and had to put the kettle on. She didn't condition my hair but tried to make out she had. Had to ask for my coat to be taken, ended up hanging it up myself and had to ask for it back also. When I was having my hair washed I could see a large dirty/damp patch on the wall. I seriously think this place shouldn't be in business. Awful.
This was actually one of the most disappointing experiences I've had before. The pedicure itself was average, but it took longer than usual to complete. I also booked manicure after pedicure: I might be wrong, but it looks like the specialist was a trainee, so I had to confirm if I'm happy with the shape of every nail and there were several corrections we had to make as we went shaping. At some point I could feel that the treatment was coming to an end, however my cuticles were not cut by that time, so I asked to cut them - the specialist swapped with a colleague, more experienced I believe. Still cuticles were cut in quite untidy way - I usually cut them myself better. So I ended up being quite upset and 1.5 hour late for a meeting I supposed to had after the manicure-pedicure. I was very pleased however with the understanding of the manager of the salon: I suggested to pay half of the price of the manicure as I felt the job was not done properly and she agreed in a very polite and respectful way. And all the staff nevertheless was very attentive and warm.
