The staff at Layla's Beauty Hub were fantastic. I instantly clicked with them and they made me feel very welcome. You can tell there is a bit of a family atmosphere there and I felt very at home. My one criticism is that unfortunately they forgot to put on the butterfly clip on the back of the earring, which I didn't realise until I got home. I had it with me in the packet so it was fine and I put it on myself, but certainly would've been easier if they did it. Other than that, a top service and would definitely recommend.
