My appoinment started 20 minutes later than booked. The shop was not even open when I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial but when I asked what products were used on my skin I was not shown and this left me slightly uneasy as this has never been an issue at salons I have visited and I visit alot of salons. Facial was great. Service, not so great.

Quite disappinted. I attended having read the good reviews. although staff were friendly, treatments were low par. Waxing wasnt done properly- I generally have ingrown hair but alot of normal hair wasn't taken out (sadly, didn't notice this until after I left the salon)
Pedicure was very disappointing. paying £20 for a "luxury" pedicure who just meant using the electric nail filer to remove dead skin and no paraffin wax was waste of money, underneath of my nails were cleaned either and polish wasn't done properly. Had high expectations but won't be returning.
Great treatment. I loved the massage given during the facial which I was not expecting so it was a bonus.

Waheeda made the whole experience so much less painful, she kept you occupied but talking to you and made me feel really comfortable. She gives you the best value for money making sure every little bit is gotten rid of and she takes pride in her work. It's was an enjoyable experience and would definitely be going again
