I was not impressed by my overall experience here. Firstly, they didn't even realise they had a booking. Although the lady was friendly and polite, I found the man rude. He called from the back room mid treatment to say my payment should be taken before she paints my nails. I found that strange as I wouldn't be leaving until my nails dried and then I could pay. Once painted both members of staff packed up and I was pretty much hurried out of the shop. Initially, the lady said it'd take 10 minutes to dry but within 5 the man was like "oh it's all dry now" just because he was in a rush to leave. In the hurry I ended up smudging my nails as they weren't properly dry. I definitely won't be going back there.
