Awful experience. The place really needed a clean, everything was a bit grimy and needed a good clean. While they seemed like nice people, they managed to file each of my nails into a different shape and paint them so badly I needed to come home and remove it and re-do it myself. Over-cut 5 of my cuticles, didn't use a base coat, layered on the paint thickly without letting it dry between layers. Was meant to last 30 mins, at the 60 min mark I just left.
