It was ok!
The procedure itself was very quick and over in around 15 minutes. Shazia was very welcoming and explained what she was doing along the way. The thing that put me off was the advice I was given to clean my ears with a hair pin; which is very unsafe. In future, I'd prefer that anyone touching my ears has a bit of training in the medical recommendations of handling ears.
