I usually love this place, but this therapist was not very experienced, and my massage was not good. She would just rub her hands with little pressure all over my body without stopping to do more detailed work on any muscles (even though I asked if she could do more of that). She also accidentally hurt me with her elbow against my head several times while trying to massage my back. It's a shame the names of the therapists are not on the app for us to book with whom we already know it's good.

Amazing!!! My therapist asked me questions at the start to really understand what was going on and to see how she can help. She customised the massage to make sure I got the most from my time. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Lala
