I’ve been here many times before and always been fairly happy with my experience - unfortunately this time I wasn’t particularly happy. 10 minutes before my appointment started they called me to ask if I could change my time to 2 hours later, I said no. They rang again and said could I change it to 1.5 hours later and I again said no. I had plans that wouldn’t be changed. I arrived and went into a room, when the lady came in to start my massage it was clear she wanted to chat, i really wanted to relax but she didn’t seem to get the point. She spent at least 10 minutes chatting while actually doing nothing. Then towards the end of the massage she was massaging my head she seemed dose off several times, I could feel her hands stop, then a few seconds later she would do a massive flinch, scratching my head and continue. This happened at least 8 times in the space of 10 minutes. I did wonder if she was talking so much to keep herself awake. The massage was also fairly average, I think I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
