Usually, I have a great experience at this place, however, my last one wasn’t that pleasant. I received a call only 10 mins prior my appointment if I could come an hour later. When I arrived, I waited 20 mins and during the last 30 mins of my massage, the staff started cleaning as they were closing. Speaking out loud and moving things outside my room. It was very unprofessional and careless of them as I didn’t get to relax again. If you can avoid going for the last hour, please do so. They didn’t even offer me water or tea at the end.
