My treatment started approximately 45 minutes after my original booking time. They called me earlier to ask me to go 15 minutes later, but when I arrived, I had to wait another half an hour for my treatment. Also, the receptionist seemed very unexperienced and I believe they overcharged me for some service services as the pricing was quite unreasonable.
