I really enjoyed my experience. I had my eyelashes tinted and they were done beautifully. The only criticism I have is that my mum had her appointment after me, and during her wait she had other employees approach her a number of times asking to do her eyebrows for her. That's not what she was booked in for. I understand they were being kind and didn't want her to have to wait when they could fill the time with another treatment. I just feel sometimes "no thank you" should be understood.
