You don't feel wellcome, even the customer have to greet first on the reception is wall of ladies playing on the phone which is unprofessional. Nobody offered to take my coat or glass of water. And the therapist didn't present herself just said come. Didn't ask me if I want my nails cut so short. Maybe she is nice person, but not professional.

The worst pedicure ever in my life. First no one welcome me or my friend I was with. No one offered any drinks or to take our coats. The service was supposed to be 45 min but it was around 30 min and they took around 10-15 min to remove my she lack for which they charged me £5 additional, which never been charged for in other places. The cuticles and dead skin was not removed well. Nothing was sanitized and the file that was used on my toes was visible so old and used on many other people before
