You don't feel wellcome, even the customer have to greet first on the reception is wall of ladies playing on the phone which is unprofessional. Nobody offered to take my coat or glass of water. And the therapist didn't present herself just said come. Didn't ask me if I want my nails cut so short. Maybe she is nice person, but not professional.
