Hate to say how bad it was but there was nothing pleasant. Pedicure was painful. And I was cut pretty bad during the manicure. Despite seeking assistance from manager, was left sitting and bleeding for some time. Although a refund was agreed (abs expected) the whole experience was beyond disappointing. Will not return.
