I booked the head stylist who was 45mins late. asked only for split ends off and she lobbed off a long section of it then asked if this was ok. it was too late to say no, so i said ok. hairdrying at the end was very hot and no protection spray used.

Recently had balayage done by Omar at lavish and I can’t be more happy! From the beginning of my appointment to the end Omar made the whole process enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, caring & passionate character is priceless. I am so over the moon at the colour he recommended me based upon my eye & skin colour, I’ve had so many compliments already. Everyone at Lavish is lovely and make you feel so comfortable! Will not be going anywhere else ever. 10/10
