I booked for one treatment but they added on a pedicure and asked me to pay more afterwards- I didn’t mind as the service was good but worth being aware of for future!

Despite having a prebooked appointment, I was waiting 45 minutes to be seen. The nails are nice (chipped a bit after a couple days, but got chrome which never seems to last long for me), but spending 2 hours at the salon without any acknowledgment of running late or apology was rubbish. The ambience is nice though. However, the nail tech seemed to make fun of how another customer pronounced “pedicure” which was a bit awkward.

It was okay. I didn’t know cat eye nails cost more so I was shocked with £20 extra at the end. The quality of the service was fine but left with some bumps and streaks on my nails
