I had a very different experience than last time - the pedicure was great and the spa really clean. However, I kept asking the staff for help picking a colour and they were always ignoring my questions. They didn’t inform me that the colour I chose was glitter and so it ended up costing me extra. They messed up the glitter multiple times and although the end results looked ok, it was so thick and not at all what it looked like on the model. I am really disappointed in my birthday nails.
