I had a new set of builder gel done and it was very natural and nice, it's been lasted for 2 weeks ans still look good, let's see how long they will last for.. great job

Possibly the worst manicure I’ve ever had! Cut cuticles so much I started bleeding, was completely rushed and filed one hand down more than the other, left a bump in my nails. Super disappointed, don’t even waste your time with this place.

Overall, not good. Speed over quality. I was happy with colour suggested but that's about it. I felt file on my skin more than half of the time, technician was rough and not particularly accomodating. I am mostly disappointed with the shape. I pointed out to the technician that the shape was uneven and was told "not to worry" (read ignored). Might have been a bad day for her but that's not an excuse. All in all, will not come back.

I didn't get my extentions because, I have been tald it is going to take a lot of time, but I still been charged for it. It is very disappointing as I was looking forward for my long nail ☹️
