Such a shame, the manicure you get is amazing HOWEVER the customer service here is shockingly bad. Extremely rude staff who seem annoyed at your presence. I went twice because I thought maybe the first time it was just an off day but the second visit was just as bad. Because of that the experience is not enjoyable at all and I wouldn’t go back.

I was very unhappy with my acrylic nail extension. The nails were filed too short, at different lengths and shapes and the white tips were uneven. I had to go to another salon to get them removed. I will not be returning to Lavish.

Booked for Mary, got my nails done by a completely different person, the quality of the manicure is so bad and for such money is so not worth it. Nails don't even look like gel nails. Overall disappointing
