My nails look nice and they were friendly, but poor communication. I had to wait half an hour for them to start my nails and then sat with my nails in acetate completely ignored for half an hour.
Communication could have been improved - I happily would have gone to grab a drink and a bite to eat rather than sitting and being ignored.
Overall quite disappointed given the price!

Shellac manicure done in literally 10 minutes, with the lady rushing me to take hands out of the light.
The gel is really thin (probably she did layers to save time) and already showing signs of deterioration (it’s been 2 days), no other product was applied apart of the red lacquer I asked for. This is not how a 35£ manicure is done!!
I appreciate it was a Sunday but why would you leave the centre open if you are not happy to receive clients?
I’m never ever ever going back.
