Loved my nails. The nail tech (Amy) knew what she was doing.
I would have loved to be greeted more warmly and just handled more tenderly. I feel like when you pay for a service to be pampered, you have that expectation and don't want to feel like they're trying to be as quick with you so they can get the next person in.
