Happy with my treatment and the staff were lovely but due to the building works taking place, the venue was a bit chaotic with men in work boots passing through throughout the treatment, which took away from the ambience. I’m sure once they expand this will be a great local salon.

Great SNS manicure that’s lasting well, not a chilled spa environment due to construction work going on. Slightly abrupt guy did my nails, may have been a language issue. Can’t fault his work though!

I booked an appointment for eyelash infills. The set I had on was about 2 weeks old and still looked nice. The beautician said that I had lost too many and would need a full set. I agreed and she removed my previous set and applied a new on for an extra £15. The overall treatment was pleasant and she was very professional. When I got back to the office I noticed an eyelash on my keyboard, lots of shedding over the next 3 days, and fast forward one week I have less full eyelashes than with my original set. Very poor quality and will not be returning to this salon.
