All the ladies are so friendly and warm. I came in with both my daughters. We all had different treatments and they fit us all in together. They do the best job in London.

The lady managing things charged me £5 extra to pay at the shop, even though the extra charge was not advertised in the online price on Treatwell.

This place used to be top nails, it's now much nicer, cleaner and a fairly good service. I had two broken nails which were fixed for me but I wasnt made aware there would be £6 charge for this until the end of my appointment when I was about to leave. the standard of the Infills were ok - it's fairly overpriced at £24. I would only go here in an emergency and when I'm unable to get to my regular place.

Over filing is a bit of an issue here, could be good for there to be a bit of a better understanding among the staff as to nail shapes. Overall however, happy with the outcome and will return!
