Booking was simple and quick, however the staff didn’t check my booking with me and I was assumed to be a different booking although I provided my name. They quickly realised when the next client came through so were able to adjust and amend. It would have been a smoother experience had they listened and confirmed the booking with me, but overall I’m happy with the service.

I love my eye lashes, the lady was lovely. They could be fuller. She was 40 minutes late, and I while I was waiting I wasn’t sure what was going on. Really annoying when I was seriously pushed for time
