Booked and arrived on time but had to wait over 30 minutes before my soak off was even started. That meant the whole process was rushed (soak off was not long enough and they started to hack at my nails until I asked them to continue with the soak off for a bit longer), not the best shellac (started to chip at the ends that evening) and cuticles only done in one hand.
Unfortunately I will not be returning
Gel Nails Manicure
Overall happy with the look of my nails. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did them but she was thorough. The manicure was decent, not sure how sanitised everything was. I didn’t see her spray any of the equipment. She also used the drill to buff away some gel residue (very little gel polish) on my natural nail which as far as I’m aware shouldn’t be the case. That said I doubt I will be coming back.
They don’t take cash so if you haven’t pre-paid or need any add ons make sure you have money on you.
