Gave them 2 chances as everyone can have bad days but I will not go back now. The place is not clean nor hygienic especially for the prices. They are always at least 40 mins behind schedule trying to do so many people’s nails at once. (Accepting walk ins when you have bookers waiting for ages already…?) It doesn’t work and is bad service. Then had the cheek to make me pay a further £5. Please look into making your service better
